Which do you prefer.  Remember that old beach music song "60 minute man"?  I can do that but it is penetration and slow movement with rolling around and different positions.  At the end to gets hard and fast but doesn't take too long... .  
   
 Or I can go hard and fast for a few minutes up front and take a little longer, but to be honest, not a lot longer....  
   
 Most women seem to like it hard and fast.  How about you?
