How do you feel about pierced nipples and/or pierced clitoral hoods?  

I don't like them. I almost busted a tooth going down on a gf and yes, I too find them to be a distraction.

I hadn’t even thought about that aspect of it (though it’s good point); I’m always afraid I’ll accidentally injure /them/ cuz of their hardware.

I often find it a bit immature but I’m happy to take them out of it is that big of an interference with the client’s pleasure. I don’t feel much without them and had absolutely no nipple sensation before I got them pierced.

So long as she is enjoying what I'm doing to her. The only thing that really bothers me are those rings that some people put in their ear lobes that they just keep putting in bigger rings until they have a large hole. Then when they take the ring out they get a large flap of skin that hangs down and flaps around. It is disgusting and gross. Next they will put large pieces of wood in their bottom lip and have to learn to talk like a frigging duck.

I've been with two girls that have had clitoral piercings.  I think the difference in the experience was one girl had a large clit which offered the ability to suck on the piercing.  I remember her cumming quick with her jewelry in position.
