Carolinas
Most of the ladies I have seen recently have come from TER or P411 ads.
Just as a side not you may want to look into getting your reviews linked to your handle. Some guys like me are too lazy to try and go find them 
Backpage is great for extra exposure. I haven't used it much lately. I tend to stick with eros, TER ad boards, date-check.com and p411 for my advertising needs. TER brought me the most biz in Raleigh .
Place an ad here on your local Ad board, or on the local board of the city or region you are visiting. Be specific about the city and dates if in a region like Carolinas, as that covers a lot of territory. The guys that read ads on here are typically "reviewers". The caveat is that many only want to see previously reviewed ladies, just like most ladies only want to see guys with references. But if you are on P411 or DC and indicate that in your Ad, it will help with reassurances. Once you get the first couple of reviews, it will be easier and easier.
