Called a provider several times. Her phone did not ring but went straight to voicemail. Left a message. Then I emailed her and told her i could have seen her 3X - 4X if she picked up. You can answer discretely even if you aren't available for phone calls. You could try that.
You could try stating in your message that you have tried numerous times and haven't had luck. Sometimes matching schedules can be difficult and I don't like calling back when I am unsure and hours have passed. Otherwise find a new girl.
