I have five of my closest friends overseas now and it breaks my heart. Reminds me hwo lucky and blessed we are to be home and with our familys. I hope everyone has a happy and blessed holiday season!!

In my occupation I spend quite a bit of time walking through airports. If any of you do as well and see a serviceman or woman in a coffee shop or restaurant have the server bring you the tab. If you care to interact with the person thank them for their service. It's a damn shame that any of these snack bars or Starbuck's would even charge someone in uniform, but don't get me started. So on this Christmas Eve say a prayer for all the men and women who have served or are serving their country as well as their husbands,wives, mothers, fathers and children who are without them this Christmas, and may they make their way home safely.
