Arlington National Cemtery was built on Robert E. Lee's estate.  The estate came from Lee's wife.

As this day of remembrance draws to a close, I just watched a video about this most hallowed place.
I just sat in silence as the images of row upon row of headstones came into view.
Each stone had a story of a human being, who, many times, died too young and never got the chance to live life to the fullest, i.e., come home and dance with the beautiful ladies of the carolinas(see below pics) such as we have done over the years and do on this day.  To repay their sacrifice we MUST remember and dance in their honor.
Today I visited my childhood friend's grave , a Marine, who died too young, he LOVED the lil Asian ladies(his choice), and I finally figured out why over the years, even tho I enjoy ladies of all flavors, I would say that his taste for that flavor was spot on:))
I named my son after him, and in his honor, my boy has devoted his life to the service. He has escaped his 4th war zone tour mentally and physically intact:)) He is roaming around Europe now dancing his lil heart out with the ladies across the pond:)) May he do so for many years to come:))
Checking my lotto numbers now to see if I can get back to dancing with the ladies on this side of the pond---LOL
