I suspect some of those girls may even be willing to do outcall to the OBX (for the right money, of course).

My ex is a hotel manager in the OBX and I once asked him if he ever saw provider activity there.  He didn't think so.  There are not enough permanent residents to support the girls, and the tourists are largely family-oriented (not many traveling businessmen).
