I know your question is from the beginning of October, but since your post remains unanswered, I'm going to answer it from a provider point-of-view and give my thoughts on this topic as it's one I've given some thought to....

I relocated to the Carolinas in 2021 and coming from a different city (and state) where agencies ran the business and were the preferred method for all involved, I found myself disappointed and confused when I realized that here in the carolinas, most providers were independent and agencies, at least the ones that met my standards and were legit, were pretty much non-existent.  

The only agencies I could find were poorly ran, exploitative, unprofessional, etc and none that even came close to offering the safe, consistently busy, reliable business I was used to with a safe, comfortable incall and a payout that was fair and not highway robbery.  If there is anyone out there that has different insight or thinks otherwise, please feel free to chime in- I would love to be corrected and told that such an establishment indeed exists and I simply overlooked it by accident.  I would quickly retract all above statements and promptly ask if they're currently hiring and how I can immediately get in touch lol

So, back to the original question - my answer would be no- in my experience there are not any "good" agencies in Charlotte and your best bet is using sites like these to book independently... I know that may be not what you wanted to hear since its usually more time consuming and risky for everyone, but I digress... Personally, I love what I do and have gotten used to being "independent", and clearly there are some big advantages - namely not having to share any profits.  And while I'll admit this can be nice, I have to say that I really didn't mind paying a trusted third party to provide a safe, comfortable incall and handle my marketing, screening, scheduling, etc.  I also found agency work to be far less isolating, and I appreciated the connections I made working with the other girls at my agency and the owners.  Not to mention, I was always busy, never in search of a last-minute hotel or finding an incall, and didn't worry about anything other than perfecting my craft and making my visits magic.

That being said, I've adjusted to life as a Carolina Independent Companion and my visits today are still magic!  And if you're reading this and are lucky enough to be in the Charlotte or Columbia areas, searching for a sexy blond hottie to rock your world and have some fun for an hour or two- let's make it happen.  Visit my website or text me asap
