I am a newbie. I am 50 years old and this is new for me. Trying to break into this hobby is scarry. I set up a meeting with an independant, but I just got cold feet. I called an agency a week in advance, choose a lady, went through the screening, including being called at work and was approved. Before the meeting I was contacted and told she would not be able to meet me due to a day job training class, would I like to choose another lady. I picked another lady. The day before our meeting, I was contacted and told she would not be able to meet me. When I contacted the agency, I was told that a former provider had left the agency and then turned them in to LE. Le was outside watching them now. Great, someone being staked out has my full name, phone number and where I work on their records. Maybe I should give up now! Still determined, (or horny) I called another independant. When my voice mail was returned, I heard men talking in the background as if giving cues to the lady. LE? I hung up. WOW I may have to give up this hobby before ever meeting the first lady. (By the way, I dont ask me to identify any of these people involved. I don't want to make a enemy.) With so may lovely ladies I see here, I just hate to give up though. Any suggestions?

None of that makes a lot of sense though. LE outside watching the agency building wouldn't affect appointments. Its not as if the ladies all sit together in a specific location like at a bordello and then are sent out on an appointment like they are delivering a pizza, and then can be tailed to you.
And if you were able to hear background voices over a phone, those have to be some of the most incompetent vice cops ever employed.
First off, if you dont already have one, get a paid VIP membership here. It will pay off in spades for you, especially when your getting started.
I like to stick with well known independents myself, but I will use an agency if I am EASILY verified by my handle, and references by other providers. Nothing against agencies, as I have used them, but I like to keep my personal info to myself. It takes some time to get to that point, but once your there, its nice.
Only you can be the one to decide if this is the hobby for you, no one else can do it for you, no matter the advice. We dont know whats at stake for you, ie: job, wife, family, etc...
Move slow and at your own pace, be cautious, maybe some of the ladies can offer some other advice. Mine is obviously from a hobbiest perspective. Hang in there....
Sorry Smoke, like I said I don't want to make any enemies (with the ladies or the Agency) they know who I am and where I work. Believe it or not, all men don't think with their d*ck. If I cause trouble for them, they could cause trouble for me.
do a review search, and also the independent ladies here in NC really want to provide good service ( well most) watch their ads also and their posts, so sorry you had a bad experience....
