Hello everyone  

Next month I'm heading to Charlotte. Looking over my itinerary, I realized I have time to add a stop in another North Carolina city. Currently I'm deciding between Raleigh, Durham, or Greensboro. For you all who reside in North Carolina, what are your thoughts about which city I should visit?  

I'm curious about recommendations for sightseeing, fantastic restaurants, museums, and historical attractions. Also for Raleigh or Durham, is staying downtown in either city convenient? Or is it better for me to choose a hotel in the vicinity of Raleigh-Durham Airport?

I'm excited to be returning to North Carolina! Thanks in advance for any thoughtful suggestions.

Asheville!!

While it's unlikely I'll make it to Asheville this month, I hope to return next year.

My visit to North Carolina last year was lovely. Gratitude to the folks who messaged me with recommendations. There are a few attractions I missed in October which I hope to make it to this month. The North Carolina Museum of Art is at the top of my list. I'm excited to return to Raleigh!
