I can say she did deserve a roast.
(After pondering it for a few days... What I thought had been clever as marketing, changed to deception...  I came to the same conclusion as whomever has the "same cheeseburger different wrapper" statement. My, how it stuck with me.)

However, I can not say it was right for people to "troll" other threads with lash-out.  
(It was halfway amusing for the half the threads to be bombed with "hooker for a $1,000" marquee- the other half of me was horrified.) Certainly not a good way for adults to behave... Considering the rude  
off-topic hi-jacking.... So because one hooker pissed off your "better sensibilities" you are allowed to be rude on/to some other poor TER members thread?

Common sense, common decency, & common courtesy... are they dead or just lost to half the population?

If you are so pissed, why not write a roast thread? Oh wait, that's right, you AREN'T allowed because that kind of behavior isn't acceptable. So I guess bend the rules til they damn near break or whatever.... You'll get no cookie from me for good behavior!!

As I said, I was out of town for a couple of weeks and ignored the comings & goings of the Carolina Board. When I got back, I thought I would catch up on the happenings around our community. Honestly, I was both amused and taken aback at the same time about what I read and saw so I thought I would poke some fun at it to lighten everyone up. Maybe I was wrong, but I felt like everyone could use a laugh and the opportunity to lighten up a bit.  
   
Honestly, not to walk a fence and be Bill Clinton, but I see both sides. Some people call standing up for what you believe bullying ......... another word could be passionate & there is nothing wrong with that. However, when you start being a nasty, mean, D.B. then you're not being passionate ....you're being threatening. That's wrong. If you don't see that, then something is wrong in your way of thinking.  
   
Maybe Julia's plan was not well thought out or implemented. Maybe some folks don't like it. But one thing is for damn sure ---- she wasn't the first and she won't be the last to do it. For me, I could give a shit less. I understand why others do. I see this as a "Fantasy World" and weird shit happens around here from time to time. The key to me is to keep it in perspective with what is Real World vs. Fantasy World.  
   
Now ........... as far as the context of my post and the psycho-analyzed meaning behind it:  
1. You don't need to spin the 33 (album for you younger ones ---- like a CD, but black and bigger) backwards to hear satanic chants or promoting Julia. They are not there.  
   
2. Julia DID NOT ask me to post a GD thing about this.  
   
3. Since Julia .... nor anyone else asked me to post .... it obviously IS NOT A "Media Blitz" to save her ass.  
   
4. All parties had valid arguments ---- ALL !!!!  
   
5. The situation reminded me of a made-for-TV mini-series. Still does. But instead of being entertaining, it's starting to make me want to find a new Hobby like whittling on some wood instead of watching "Bullshit TV"  
   
6. Old Ted made a valid point about car comparisons. Have any of you "passionate" people picketed GM or Ford Headquarters? Not saying that there aren't holes you could punch in the theory. Just saying it's a valid point.  
   
7. Although I think it is PROBABLY impossible (not sure though), I WOULD book a double with Julia & Corrine. It would be mind-blowing I'm sure.  
   
8. I need a CPA from Chicago to help me figure out the donation formula because it is WAY OVER my Southern, Illiterate Head.  
   
9. I do consider Julia a very nice lady and "Hobby Friend" who happens to be a provider. I say that because she provided a wonderful experience to me one time and the time we spent together was valued. She has been nothing but nice to me, so why shouldn't I to her? With that said, Julia DID NOT ---- I repeat DID NOT ---- ask me to take up for her which I am not doing. In fact, I haven't had any discussion with Julia in months. We are "Hobby Friends" living in "Hobbywood" which is a fucking fantasy !!!!! We are not Ken & Barbie. HaHaHa because Ken & Barbie are real, right?  
   
10. I really could care fucking less if Julia markets herself as 1, 2, 3 or more providers. I do understand why you do care ------ BUT, I DON'T. Get it. To each's own. That doesn't make me a pussy, a mangina, a white-knight, a DonJuan, a CPA or anything else other than a dude that used to enjoy the Carolina TER Community and was trying to lighten the fucking mood !!!  
   
11. I was being sarcastic when I said I was happy to be back to "sane people". Why? Because this is the shit that is insane.  
   
As far as Frank Underwood & HoC ---- great show, but wrong character in trying to portray what I was saying. When you know me ..... as some clearly do in this community .... then try to psychoanalyze my statements.  
   
Here's the real deal behind why I don't give a fuck about stupid shit like this ---  
REAL WORLD = 9/11, Cancer, Terrorism, Mortgages, Unemployment, Homeless, College Expenses, High Gas Prices, Prostrate Exams, Shitty Drivers, Home Invasions, Friday Night Dinners, College Football, Laughing ..... at One's Self, etc., etc. etc.  
   
FANTASY WORLD = Providers, Hobbyist, P4P, NSA, Escape the Real World for an Hour or 2, Fun, Carnal (sometimes Carnival), Blondes, Brunettes, Red-Heads, Big Ones, Real Ones, Fake Ones, Shaved, Landing Strip, Natural, 7's, 8's, 9's & 10's & more !!!!  
   
The difference in the two illustrate why I don't give a flying fuck how Julia decides to market herself. There's a whole lot of Real World shit that means a lot more.  
   
Now to paraphrase the legendary Clark W. Griswold just a bit:
