When I was first starting it drove me crazy that people were so hesitant to see me w no history. BUT I understood why people were cautious so I did whatever I could to make them more comfortable. If she is not willing to put some effort in I would probably pass. At the very least it says she really isn't willing to go out of her way to please you (as long as you are being reasonable about it)  
Have you asked her if she has reviews anywhere?  

There are plenty of good ladies that are established out there, no need to take a risk.

I just always found that interesting. No but seriously lol! You're taking a chance with someone that has no history and won't even talk to you on the phone for 2 seconds. (Which is probably because HIS voice would give him away) Also just "assuring" someone that you aren't LE means absolutely nothing. Just like the ol' LE check of touching each others junk.

You really have to be careful of a few things.

First is Law Enforcement.  Never, ever, ever discuss activities and money.  Questions like "What do you charge for a blow job?" is solicitation and that is enough to get you arrested if it's a sting.  So just give her the money and keep your mouth shut.  Once she starts with you, then you can ask for a whatever, but never in the early stages.  While this approach will protect you from a conviction, if it is a sting, they can still haul you down to the Cop Shop, question you for a while then make you call your wife to come pick you up.  So there is still some real risk.

The second big risk is getting robbed.  Go in with your eyes open.  Get there early and park and watch who's coming and going.  Take the agreed upon money with you and leave your wallet, watch, phone, etc. locked in your glove box in your locked car.  If you can, take a look around the place when you arrive.  If it's a motel room, tell her you need to wash your hands and make sure you pull back the shower curtain.  Check the closet.  Throw the deadbolt and the chain on the door to keep others out while you're there.  If she's uncomfortable with any of this, it's time to leave.

The third is an STD.  I'm amazed at guys who will do a bbbj from a high volume provider.  Listen to your high school health teacher and wrap that rascal!

Finally, if your gut is telling not to go, then don't go.  Wait until there are some reviews and go from there.

No reviews at all? Huge Red flag number 1. Pictures are questionable for sure as a rule so Red Flag number 3.

 Only text and no phone? Red flag number 3.  

The opportunity for this to go south far out weighs the benefit. Other than some dirt cheap cost (and this is one business where cost to quality has a decided correlation up until a point) what are you are really going for ? If you are here on TER look at the ad board - heck the ladies who responded to you are amazing, trust me I have seen a few of them. Might be more expensive but it will be both safer for you both and more fun.  

Rule of thumb - no reviews on TER or other boards - don't bother.
