but Support was very helpful. They explained it was an automated action that they were working on fixing. I had to go in and move my logo from the About Me page to the disclaimer page. Before all the changes, there was never a problem. I see your logo right there, plain as day. That is weird. BTW...you are a lovely woman. I hope you are enjoying Raleigh! With that gorgeous face and body, I can't imagine you would not.

Hopefully, I can explain.  I agreed to help out lakeboy because he was concerned that he couldn't respond quickly enough to serve the community.  As a volunteer, he couldn't devote more time, but recognized the problem.  The list of people coming forward to help him was incredibly short, and I didn't want to watch him, and this community, suffer.

I currently moderate, or assist with 6 boards.  Trust me that I'm not looking to become the king of TER, nor am I looking to hurt anyone's business.  I'm here to help.  Still, there's only so much free time.  Most of my moderation of this board is done via my cell phone.  Several sites use technology that my phone apparently doesn't like, and TER logos seem to be exceptionally tricky for some reason.  For anyone that is moderated, a PM isn't necessary.  Simply put a note to the moderator in your post, indicating that there's a problem.  When I see the post for approval, I'll read the note, deal with the issue, and edit it out.  If that doesn't work for you, send a message to your regular moderator, or to TER directly.

My co-moderator is PuddleBoy and I am MORE THAN thankful for his help.

One of the biggest complaint of the 20% was response time of moderated postings, and the next complaint was domination of the board by a person or two.

Both will be improved or eliminated.
I'm more of a "try to please everyone" kind of guy - I don't like people to get mad.

He seems more "assertive" and is better at enforcing rules - he is not as much of a "softy" personality as I am.

That is why I am SUPER glad for not only the help, but the specific personality of the person helping.

Now that we are both identified, neither he nor I should find ourselves "caught in the middle".

Before today, someone would have sent me a complaint and I would say, I don't know - I didn't do it, I'll check with my co-moderator. That was not fair to you, I realize that. I was trying to keep him invisible so he wouldn't get so much "crap" and complaint mail.

Please keep in mind, we are ONLY volunteers.

For the record, regarding the beginning of the "cause" of this post, I can ASSURE everyone that yesterday, I could NOT find a TER logo on the site in question. I emailed the link to puddle boy and asked if he could see it. If he couldn't, then it should come down - and I went to bed for the night.

Today, "magically" the link is visible to everyone (but, at what cost?)
