Why all the incall?

I am really surprised to see so much incall advertised in GTA and Ontario in general.  With outcall being perfectly legal, why do so many providers even bother with the risk of incall?

Just curious.  Guess that is my frustration, as some of what looks good out there is incall only.

I'm from Chicago, so bear with me.  Wasn't there a judicial ruling last month regarding this?  It was my understanding that incalls and such would now be legal in Canada.  There was suppose to be a 30 day period for the government to appeal if they were to do so.  What happened with that?

An appeal has been filed and I would not wish to speak on behalf of SPOC but you can read more about the decision (they also have a link to the full 131 page ruling by Justice Himel available) and their reaction on the website - for those unfamiliar they are the organization that filed suit on behalf of the ladies named.

As to the legalities again I would not wish to post legal advice, the only thing I would recommend is that if you are concerned about the legal status of incalls in Canada read the entire decision or have a lawyer review it and consider if you want to be the first "test case" of the new ruling. It may be that the some provisions are still alive, or that Toronto Police Services may make it a policy to not lay any charges until a clear ruling has come down but at this point I am not sure that anyone knows what is happening.

Now having said that I'm sure it would make you nervous to visit an incall but there is a reason that people in Toronto are generally comfortable hosting them and why it is the most common type of arrangement - it's convenient, economical and in general legal issues have been few and far between. If people (ladies or clients) felt they were at risk hosting incalls they would quickly adjust to outcalls which used to be the most common type of date in Toronto, instead more and more people have switched to the incall as it's less expensive for the client (no need for a hotel if you are local), and often a little more discrete  (no lady knocking on your door when your colleagues from the same conference are just a few doors down).

If you are in from out of town and find pleasure in the anticipation of that knock on your hotel room door don't worry too much about it almost every independent and agency in the city still offers outcalls, you just might have to give them a little advance notice as it's a little harder to coordinate both incall and outcall dates and many ladies only offer one or the other on any given day. After all a girl has to be dressed appropriately you don't want to be caught on a cold Canadian day without your knickers on and being asked to go for an outcall, no one wants a girl to arrive at your place feeling "frigid". ;-)
