I will be heading up to Toronto next week and was wondering if this agency was legit or a bait-n-switch / rip off agency.  Any info?

Never heard of them - and I'm on every local Toronto board I know of.

By all hobbyists accounts, Cupids is still hands down Toronto's best agency. Plus, I know Jillian treats her girls with respect, and happy escorts make for happy clients.
