Which city is best for hobbying? Looking at a weekend end of August with some guy friends.

My research shows prices are a bit more expensive in Toronto - about $60/hour more- but that is offset with cheaper hotel rates (4 star) and airfare.

In general, are agency girls and service better in Montreal? I still am inclined toward Toronto but friends trying to convince me to hit Montreal instead b/c they heard it's the hobbying capital of North America, and proudly so.

Any opinions?
