Go see the original "Sam"antha Jones, now something called Lara Conbacio.  She's almost 50 now, still tarted up to look like 35ish.  She's got good age on her though and gives good value for your money though success has gone to her head a bit.  Worth banging once or twice though as she's kind of a living legend.

Try Astrid (416).  I don't know if she is quite 40+ yet, but is very sophisticated and mentally mature.  Great communication, great service and a wonderful lady.  

BTW, I don't think the link you are looking at is the same as the 'original' Samantha Jones.  I may be wrong.  But I haven't seen either.
