Toronto amd Canada as a whole is a good place to Hobby. It is much more tolerated and is quasi legal. Certain aspects are and some not but generally no one bothers or is bothered by LE unless there are underaged girls or human trafficking involved.

Please pardon my dumb question. Just got back from a business trip to Toronto and I could not believe the number of indys and agencies that are active in this wonderful city, many having gorgeous gals offerng both in- and outcall. Many don't advertise on this site but rather the local Toronto board. I had a wonderful time with a gal from Cupids: review will be posted on TER soon. And the donations in Toronto are reasonable too!
So a simple question. Why so much activity in Toronto? Is hobbying/providing tolerated more north of the border? Is it the culture or the laws? We don't have nearly the selection here in Boston or in NYC, for the matter. I hear Montreal is also a great hobbying city but I have never been there. So please tell me, why does Toronto appear to be a very good hobbying city?
