This is really no issue in most Canadian cities and clearly Toronto since you don't need references or details other than your real name for their security.   There are no stings and stuff.  The industry is much safer with the harm reduction model vs the U.S.   Agencies especially thrive but you don't pay for sex, only time and never been an issue for private consenting adults.
