It doesn't get much traffic, but it gets some.  You will probably get more informative responses if you post this there.

Disclaimer: I have not done this.  The last I heard, it was legal in Canada to offer prostitution services but NOT legal to purchase them.  Makes no sense, right?  But you'd better be sure before you go.

Nata Summers gave the executive summary.

I know, it's bizarre: in Canada it's legal to sell sexual services but not buy them, since December 2014. Prior to that the law was equally weird, everything about the biz was illegal except the actual exchange of money for sexual services, i.e; it couldn't be a pre-meditated act. In those days it allowed for the possibility a gentleman may give a lady a sign of his appreciation after the deed is done.

I am unaware of any significant enforcement of the new law anywhere in the country. The greatest danger to you in Canada - which we all contend with - would likely be a scam, not LE. You can still negotiate an arrangement with an escort safely, particularly if she is established, which sounds like the case with the lady you have your eye on. If she has reviews and has been around for awhile all should go well. If she has no reviews on TER you should check out the local board for Toronto, it has high traffic.

Being a service companion based in Toronto I'd have to agree with those who replied to this post. Our laws are so strange. That's why it's important for a SP to mention that her rates are for her TIME ONLY! Last I checked it was not illegal to exchange time for money. Another important factor is the actual exchange of money. Did you place it in her hands or leave it in the room where she can see it? Technically speaking this isn't exchanging money rather than you simply placing it down somewhere. One more thing! If she has a site displaying her rates, call her, set the appointment and don't discuss her rates. For 2 reasons. 1. Because if it's displayed on her site then they are most likely set in stone and non-negotiable. Asking about them doesn't change anything. 2. By bringing up the money you're implying that you want to pay her for something. If you use this advice there will be no money discussed and no money exchanged by hand. That way technically you aren't intentionally purchasing a sexual service. You just paid a girl for her time and things got a little heated behind closed doors. It's not always about what you do but how you do it.

If you're seeing an established provider, LE is not an issue. Yes, there are laws in place that are a little ridiculous but they're mostly set in place due to human trafficking/exploitation concerns. As a client, your risk is extremely small especially in relevance to the US and other parts of the world.

The most prominent advertising is on the local boards, which you should be able to find with a search. Some of the more established/reputable women choose to post on TER so you should view the ladies here as well.

You should find yourself quite welcome here.
I hope you enjoy your stay. x
