It's really a shame to see our sisters belittled because they chose a slightly different way of going about things.  There are situations where women are living with people who don't know what they do, and therefore cannot check emails or phone calls in privacy. They are caught up with school and can't focus on screening, running ads, maintaining a business on the side.  They are new, and are not comfortable flying completely solo, and want to learn about the business, which is exactly why I started with them. I was mentored by a great agency owner and learned a lot from the ladies there, many of whom I still have great respect for.

I was not colder in my agency days than I am now. I have in fact doubled with agency girls I thought provided excellent company. They were warm, friendly and fun. A good agency doesn't push the girl out the door to see more people than she is comfortable with, and there are good agencies in this city.

Also, that phone call isn't just about making sure they have the cash in hand - It's making sure she's comfortable in her situation.  As someone with people who love me, know what I do, and worry, anytime I meet someone new I throw a quick text to my best friend so they know I feel safe with the person I just met.

The judgements you make about being a "starving ethopian" or wanting more money do not apply to quality agencies, which I listed earlier. Indeed, if the owners found out the girls were behaving poorly they would be asked to leave. Those same bad behaviors can also be found in ill-reputed independents, and there are many. You can find bad providers in both independent circles and agencies.

Also if you do the math on what an agency takes, usually a 40 - 60 split in favor of the girls, after phone person, transportation and advertising, usually the agency gets about $30-50 profilt per hour. That's a small booking fee for having to do all the leg work, as I'm sure you know, advertising take a huge bite.  

You may have had bad experiences in the brothel you worked, but that doesn't give you the right to insult all women in agencies. Afterall, you started at a brothel, and you aren't a bad provider right?  A lot of good women start there and move up, starting there allows them the money they need to get the pictures, the ads and the website.
