In searching for lovely ladies in Toronto, it seems like most (not all) of the attractive women work for agencies, as opposed to, say Chicago, where most are independent.  Is this for any particular reason, or b/c of the law laws regarding escorting services in Canada?  Can anyone point me to a good legit agency in Toronto?
