It always NICE to tip an agency girl.

If your rate is 400 in Canada  
she probably gets 100 of it in Canada LOL

If you'd tip  your waitress for good service
tip her too

I was quoted a rate (outcall) by the agency. Should I expect to pay more? I am new to Toronto.
