There aren't too many options downtown - its mostly Asian parlours because of some weird licensing it pushed all of the good spas away from the downtown area. Could try plush spa though if you google plush spa toronto, if you are into the Asian places then you will find a whole bunch along young street. Also a new spa opened up called executive spa not sure how it is. It used to have a bad reputation for b&s but I read somewhere that the new owners are running it well. Plush seems to have good reviews - not downtown but the west - end area and executive spa is at Yonge and gerrard. Downtown.
