or a scam?

submitted a request thru their website about a specific lady... no response
sent an email to their address asking about the specific lady... no response
send a text msg to their number asking about the specific lady... no response
called their number... finally a response!  asked about the availability of the specific lady on a future day, their response was she's available but call the morning of that day.  oh, and the donation was 400/hr.
