I'm planning a visit later this month and noticed there's not much posting/action on the TER Toronto boards is there a local board that more people use?

Also as an american visiting do most girls change thier rates to Canadian dollars on a 1 to 1 basis or do they figure out the exchange rate and charge that!

When arriving in Canada go to an atm (not at the airport) and get $CDN.   We have about a 25% discount in currency difference so you would not want to pay a gal in $US since that is a 25% additional profit to her and loss to you.  Get $CND from a bank ATM to get the correct exchange rate.  There are huge very active canadian boards where l have over 2000 posts on when from when I have visited for the last 10yeras.. trip reports etc.
