Lately, more and more providers and agencies are embrasing TER and posting on the boards. Believe it or not, it's actually been a lot quieter than this on the Montreal board...

There are a few gorgeous ladies from Montreal that post on a regular basis, but I am surprised that this board has very little action on it. From what I hear Montreal is a happenin city with a lot to offer...
I beleive the adrenaline levels are different between US and Canada. The US economy and population is not only ten times that of Canada but is at a higher-end of the technology (competition) spectrum with 22 times more patents filed compared to Canada. And isn't sex about expressing ourselves....a reflection of our state of mind (fizz). Reflection from my last week's visit to DC....

In my view the rates for Montreal providers are over the top. I am one of the millions of Canadians who travel to Caribbean, Cuba being my weakness. If TER opens Caribbean board I would be a happy camper.

I think a few things factor in, including what you mentioned.
I also think it's because a lot of the ladies/agencies use local boards (merb, cerb, etc). Themed threads, for example, work well on other boards and keep them alive and fun because it's a great way for touring ladies to advertise and get their name out there more- those type of threads don't work on a slower moving board. Not a lot of ladies come here to tour, which cuts down on traffic in a major way.
... I think the fact that a lot of US ladies' rates are higher than Canadian rates (especially Montreal) keeps them from traveling to Canada. In Canada itself, a lot of girls tour Calgary, Toronto and Vancouver before Montreal because there are so many gorgeous girls here who work for agencies and at 180-220$ an hour. Most girls aren't willing to drop their rates to come to Montreal to tour because there's a large chance it won't be as lucrative. Hence, slow activity on the board.
