im from new york and im going to be in montreal this week

over here providers and clients dont talk about any details but rather we just lay the donation down and get down to business
however i have heard in canada its semi-legal? (not completely clear about that)
how would a typical provider/client interaction go?
any dos and donts?
any hotel suggestions?
and can i pay with US currency?  

any tips or info appreciated

It is legal for the moment ...

Each and every lady in Montréal has their own methods of screening...some screen more then others but if you are hosting and plan on doing an outcall to your hotel, be prepared to reveal your full name and room number! The lady will likely want to verify that you are indeed in town and will call you directly in your room

Look up the montreal boards or eros for established providers

As was mentionned previously...lots of great hotel downtown or close to old montreal!
