The review section for Montreal on this site is quite thorough. Montreal does have its share of B&S and other scams so stick only to well reviewed agencies. In terms of legitimate ones there are so many but off the top of my head I would say Euphoria, Vogue, Montreal XXXtase, Nadya's VIP to name a few.
