I'm heading to Montreal for the weekend and wondering if there are any differences in etiquette then here in the states. I usually tip or bring gifts but is it expected? Usually greek is an upcharge but not my thing. Lately some have upcharged for GFE but these agencies list GFE so I am not worried.

Also trying to decide between Chloe's, Eleganza or montrealxxxtase? Does either accept AMEX? That would be a deciding factor personally. Second would be a great set of girlfriends who are up for a Ménage à trois. I have my eye on Jessie or Miaa. Different agencies but my type and well reviewed.
