I realize that this is a montreal board but i'm not sure the best place to ask a couple obvious questions about quebec.  I'll be staying in the city soon and am looking for suggestions on good indies or agencies.  there's only one agency reviewed on TER (quebec-escort.com/VIP) and almost all the reviews are by the same person.  any thoughts?  also, it's been a while since i've used an agency, and never one in canada.  if the agency's rate is $160/hr canadian, what should i expect to tip?  i'm used to the vegas rates ($400+/hour) and have no idea what to expect in quebec.
