The TER search engine is a good place to start. Just plug-in a few of the essentials, e.g, build: athletic, minimum service: 8, minimum hotness: 8, and so on, then hit search.

When in doubt, take whomever is available from Carman Fox.

Yes there is a local board but rummaging through it to find good ladies is a pain. Many ladies reviewed there are found here anyway, with more informative reviews. The active advertisers on TER are the same ones on the local board.

If you want more VFM/bargain basement, the local review board does sift through www.leolist.cc and turns up some gems.
