Years ago Vancouver, BC had some great classy and legal massage / spa / parlors, such as Madame Cleo’s, A Touch of Sweden (?).   I am finally planning to return and they all seem to be gone!  
       I’ve run across something that may have changed everything  called “C-36 “  but the blog references were limited to just after the late 2014 effective date and most claimed they didn’t know what the effect of the new laws would be.  
     Figuring I’ll get the straightest scoop from the TER boards,   can anyone fill me in on the current situation?  Are my dreams of a fun return trip dashed?     Thank you
