Recently I had a brief experience with the PERB site. The quality of the TER site is hands down more professional and treats people with far more respect. There is talk PERB is censored and comments are deleted at the whim of the moderators if they reflect negatively  on the site yet some pretty crude stuff is allowed when describing/demeaning the SP,s. Just an opinion but equality does not seem a priority on the other site. Too bad as there are probably more than a few genuine and  educated people that contribute to it.
