As an outsider to the Vancouver hobbying scene, I was very surprised that such serious upselling and B&S with pictures would be going on by such a large and established agency. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. Full review has been submitted.

Unfortunately, that agency is a total ripoff, without a single positive review anywhere.  Indy's are the way to go in Vancouver, all the way.   No agency I can think of gets consistent good reviews.
