Who is Hallie Brooks? I am the woman you see across the room who stirs the spark inside of you.  You catch my eye and a smile radiates across my face. You feel your knees go weak and the flush of excitement as I invite you over and you begin the wonderful ride known as the Hallie Brooks experience.    
I strive to be the mistress you have only dreamed about, Georgia born and raised, I am Southern through and through. If it’s a dinner party, I will be your educated companion.
