A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, no exceptions.  I have several discreet methods of collecting the deposit that you can choose from.  This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 24 hours or more before the booking.  In the rare instance I need to cancel, you will be refunded in full immediately.
