Want to throw in my $0.02 because I hope to see any local agency grow/succeed in Boston.
Integrity has a lot of grey area in hobbyland. Changing names is common, giving false hometown/state is expected, and most of the conversations in the room are just made up by the girl (telling the guy what he wants to hear, making him happy…etc) that is her job.
There are some areas where less than 100% honesty causes problems. Accurate pictures is the top of my list. Misrepresenting a girl with a picture of someone else puts anyone on my DNS list forever. If you don’t want to show the face, don’t show the face. If you want to blur out a tattoo that’s okay as long as you make note that you did. This agency seems to post accurate pictures of girls they do work with. Nobody is accusing them of fake pics in regard to a girl they have met with.
There are photo tools available that automatically remove pimples and freckles, make somebody look more slender/more appealing by a whole variety of selections. This may or may not be a deal killer for me, but does make a mark on the integrity balance sheet. Not saying this agency does this, but I know from personal experience this is a problem area on the increase in hobbyland. Not naming any names.
Advertising girls you can’t provide may get the phone to ring more short term, but will only cause problems in the long run. This agency needs to clean up its gallery, or at least clarify who is currently available vs. coming soon vs. may be coming sometime in the future. It is understandable if a girl is advertised and cancels her trip. Some agencies have more trouble with no-shows than others.
I looked up what I could find about this agency on Boston TER and Boston Ads TER. Did not find much and unfortunately most of it was discouraging to me. Feel free to correct me or add anything I missed. First there was the confusion of Elly working for Flirt and/or GlamourGirl. Then there was Lisa Lexington working for Flirt and/or TBD. Lastly the discussions in this thread, which show some good credibility points, some bad. All of these things are “shit happens” kind of stuff that happens all the time in hobbyland. Again, some agencies have more problems than others.
I am not noting all this to put down the agency. Hope to see them succeed. I will continue to check their ads and will probably call for an appointment sooner or later.
The bottom line for me is how well the girls perform in the room. The truth of this comes out in the reviews.

Appologies to Ana Vixen (from all of us in this thread I'm sure) for de-railing her ad post.
Maybe the new mystery moderator will move most of this thread to a new thread on the discussion (not the Ad) board???
