Hi Kendra,  You need to have your user name joined to your reviews by TER admins before the link automatically shows up on your posts.

The guys in the newbie forum might know more details, but essentially you contact TER and ask them to connect the provider profile where your reviews are posted to your user name, I don't know how it all works as far as proving you are you,  but it's supposed to be pretty painless.
