To elaborate a bit, based on my experience (which to be fair isn't thousands of data points but is a fair number across many months), tryst.link never works for me through Tor, literally never, but always if I cut/paste the URL into a normal browser not going through Tor, it works fine.

Several months ago, tryst.link always worked fine, then it didn't, so something changed.

I'm using Tor on a Mac with its integrated browser, so I'm changing both the browser and the VPN routing at the same time, so hard to be sure which it is.  But the link always comes up as "not responding" so it looks more like tryst.link is incompatible with some aspect of Tor's access (which could be unintentional or intentional).

So, cut/paste the link and it probably works fine, as long as you don't mind your machine publicly browsing to the site.
