I was talking to a couple buddies of mine in the hobby. We got to discussing pre-visit routines, it was very interesting. I'd like to know more about what each of you hobbyists do. I've always felt that I need to be at my physical best when visiting a provider, makes for a better experience.
Keeping in mind that I typically schedule meetings in advance (4-14 days), I usually make a dietary adjustment...
2 Days Before:
> I omit meat from diet
> I omit garlic, onions, and other strong spices from diet
> I only drink green tea for fluid
1 Day Before:
> I omit cabbage family from diet (haha, don't forget to remove Asparagus)
> I omit dairy products from diet
> It goes without saying... No junk food
> I only drink water for fluid
Day of:
> I only eat fruits (primarily berries, melons, mangos, kiwi, etc)
After visit:
> I usually go out for BBQ Chicken Pizza. lol
