We gave each other quite a workout.  (Much more fun than my elliptical machine...)  Awesome woman, not to be missed.

Yes she is flexible as advertised...former gymnast (still in practice actually).

Highly energetic and athletic...wore me out completely.

Highly recommended if you like "fit and flexible"  Eat your wheaties!
