END OF MESSAGE

I want to have established a whole new way of doing business. I want to revamp some old policies and be open to rate negotiations (by previously seen gents only) if some one wants to be regular. I hope guys I have seen would have seen me more than once but just couldn't because I am pricy. Because that I can fix.

I know in posting this I am leaving myself open to all kind of criticism. I am just think it is smart to develope a business plan that delas with this bad economic climate. I think to survive through all the bullshit of rising costs for this and that and housing market crumble and no wage increase but everything else is sure increasing etc..a provider has to be proactive.

I value my customers and want to be high quality and low volume that is why my rates are what they are, but I realize not everyone is doing that well right now.

I myself have been out of the loop of all this for almost 6 months but coming back into the loop I would like to make sure I align myself for success.

Some people don't think of this business as a business but there is alot of variables that makes a girl successful in this business and as I mature and have gotten older I now realize one of the things I wasn't is flexible in the way I conducted business. I do not want to wait until business is in the toilet and say " Oh shit" I should have been proactive.

Guy who have seen me before email me. Let's discuss.

Hey Dear,

No matter what you do, or what you don't. You will always be criticized by a few, so don't worry and don't take it personal. Do your thing, and have fun.

If I am to give you any suggestion, that would be to read about marketing and sales. Marketing is the name of the game we play.

I wish you the best.

Milton

1. Stop discussing your strategy in such great lengths here. If you must, say something that we hobbyists will be interested in like specials, etc.

2. Watch and learn from successful providers like Ally Moore and Lisa of Boston who are quite flexible when it comes to pricing but are nonetheless classy as they come. Note how they project themselves without demeaning themselves.

3. Higher rates don't necessarily equate to higher quality except in a few people's minds. By and large, the hobbying community is too smart for that. You need to set and adjust rates that help you live well, independent of the quality of your providing.

Hope you are not offended by this. I am just telling you like I see it.

I have allways wanted to see you but being a steelworker from NH--don't make the $$$ they do in Ma.--so I've allways had to settle for "budget price girls" and even now--things are getting tougher

You guys who think I am way out of your league probably never asked me if we could work out something. I am not a snob by any stretch. Most guys who remember me starting out as a massage girl know that I do not bite. I know since then my rates have hired but if a guy inquires he could be plesantly in for a treat. I grandfather my rates from back then to them.

I prefer guys I have seen in my past to email me and try to get frequent flyer deals because chances are I will like the idea of being with someone I am comfortable with and therefore will want to be flexible. I also would be open to any guy who has wanted to see me who is verifiable to inquire.

I actually chatted witt you once and DID ask about the donations only to get a reply that only if i became a regular, your rates could be worked out.

...As obnoxious & "busy" as my advertisements can be I have found that often, those that are subtle receive much more response.

Often, particularly on TER it seems as though many "general availability" providers constantly clamor for attention via a steady stream of weekly ads & banter, participation, myself included many times, as an effort to remain visible and relevant.
The posts are usually fluff, unsubstantial and while they may draw attention in the short-term sense (in the form of John Doe glancing momentarily at the "SEE MY TER REVIEWS") it usually doesn't offer the benefit that would like to believe it does.

Felicity:  there are many words that are in your posts (ahem, novellas lol!) BUT if you would truly like to change your business, learn that it is what is not there, what lies between the lines that can be the most enticing.
A poster said last week that many of us make ourselves too available, and that mystery entices him, that he wants to chase.

Fuck that-this isn't Match.com & you should not waste time putting on airs or playing a game when  you have serious financial goals to meet.   BUT understand, that there are many more ways to expressing what you would like as a provider and your willingness to "bend" without explicitly saying it.  Cultivate your business in whichever way you want-you can do it!

New England men are pragmatic & loyal, unlike any I've seen in any other city.  You can have whatever you want here, attain your goals-but assess the situation and learn how to get basic with your clients.  Learn how to get basic with your ads.  Are you a provider who is willing to have drinks with your established client before a session?  Are you a provider who likes to spend slow-business days being especially attentive with the one person that you see? Express that!  Capitalize on/illustrate everything about you that makes you the best at what you do.

Good luck!

Some girls make themselves to available. It's the thrill of the chase. I was not referring to you though as I find your posts to be extremely entertaining. You strike me as just a person who likes the attention. I know you must be busy because when I try to book an appointment you are busy. It seems even though you are busy you are saying you are looking for more regulars. I think you will do just fine just try to offer a special like some girls do. Maybe that will get some attention. I know I for one have been dying to get an appointment with you after what I hear from men behind the scenes. I think you intimidate men. Maybe you could be a little more subtle as suggested.

I was discussing last week with an ATF why most of the providers in the area are either unattractive, (not physically), or are one time experiences with me.  I came to the conclusion that most of the providers forget why a guy goes looking in the first place and more importantly just who the experience is about.  I can't speak about you personally because we have never met, but the vast majority of the women I have been with in the last 2 years think the experience is all about THEM.  The attitude is that they are doing me a favor, and "oh by the way, plese pay me for the privilege". just my $0.02

different,  If you can figure out what "it"is for each one of us, and you can provide us what we need, then you'll have us hooked. Many of us have difficulty expressing ourselves. So even if we knew what "it" is, I'm not sure we could tell you. Some of us might be able to. Asking us is the first step though.

Some of us are looking for a good bang. For some of us,the "chase" is just as important.  So this flirting begins from the emailings before the meeting and then the follow up.  I remember that one my favorite friends sent me a text message soon after I lef to tell me that she had a great time.  Simple, yet memorable.  I see her often.

Others may be looking to fullfill a particular role play/fantasy.  It might just be that we are looking for a friend who thinks we're great in bed and who laughs at are jokes and thinks we look sexy and who gets us.

Many ladies assume we are all looking for the same thing, and go on to a safe/ lazy routine.
DFK,BBBJ,CG,Mish,BBBJCIM.  Then they wonder why they get a lousy review when they did all the right things, like a check list.  They might even get a great review but no repeat business.

Then, just when you think you have figured us out, we evolve, then move on.  I recall a very well reviewed provider who took offense when I gave her just average reviews said in a post that she "can't be a mind reader".  If you could read us, we wont be able to get enough of you.

everyone is different...nobody is perfect...and that is the true beauty of this...we find people who we truly connect with physically and also mentally....and those are the gents that become regulars...luckily my so called business is not just business...I have had some truly awesome times in and out of the sack...I have literally lmao...don't really give a F about marketing...then again, I guess some of what I do could certainly be considered such...maybe I am wierd because my job is also for all intents and purposes, my social life...yes, it is a job and yes it is all about YOU...but, it makes me happy to make you happy...the very reason I decided to go low volume is because I cannot possibly do what I do 3-4 times per day...so, it has become a wee bit difficult to get in to see me over the past few months...but, when push comes to shove it has made everyone I see much happier...no need to ever watch the clock...no worries about who was here before you...I have mastered all my recipes...I am hornier...what more do ya want lol

I personally have not had a special in a long time I have found when I used to do my crazy specials during victory times for Pats, my regulars would think I would be crazy busy and wouldn't call.  Though you will meet new people if you run a special.  As a provider you know knew people means screening and risks.  Something I no longer want to deal with on a large scale.  Lowering rates is a smart business move in a bad economy.  But when you lower your rates, you again open yourself up to see new people.  New people= more risks.  Lastly regulars.  Not every client will become a regular if you lower your rates. Regulars for me are "special"  I treat them that way.  I am as happy to see them when we meet as they are to see me.  It's not just about the sex.  Though sex is good! I don't rush out after an hour of time or whatever the time is.  We talk, grab a bite to eat or just hang out.  They are my friends.  For me its not about the money that's just "icing on the cake"  For me its about safety and fun.  My advice to you Felicity is do what you feel is best for you.  What works for some doesn't work for all. You have good solid reviews, you have been around a long time and a lot of guys like you.  You have a great foundation for success!

Keep it simple, do a good job, don't get greedy/lazy.

In my hobby experience one girl has stood out above all the others and it was not because of her looks.  Saw her 25 times (which is far more than any other) before she retired, and I would see her again if she came back.  Her attraction for me was that she did her best to serve as many cups as she could in the time allotted. She still "holds the record" which no other girl seems to be able to match.  Other men will have their own preferences, but I understand this girl was fully booked every day she "worked".

You see I have never had any problem attracting clientel. Over the years some stayed regular but more then one time I have been told that I am two pricey to become a regular indulgence. That is why I wanted to offer guys I have seen that would love to be regular the opportunity to email me and discuss package options. I do like meeting new guys but there is also a certain thrill in it for me that lies within being with someone that liked me enough to want to see me regularly. Then we can really makeit more connective, n/s/a of course, and explore deeper and not have this (1st time tension) that comes along with meeting for the first time.

Please first timers do not think I do not want to meet you I do. I just am hoping to gain more regulars by being flexible. I feel like back in the old days when my rates were lower I actually had closer friends because they did come back. We laughed shared wine did private things and were very close. I long for that again. This business can be lonely when it is hit it and quit it and move on. I to think of it as an outlet to explore my creativity.

Thank you ladies and gentleman who were so wonderful to add their perspectives. I believe there is alot more to be said about this subject as it is quite an interesting topic.

wondering what others think?  I would think that quality is more important than quantity but I could be wrong. Wondering how many hobbyist look for most cups served verses overall good experience with less emphasis on total number served?
