I currently have a provider that talks quite a bit and I have found that there seems to be a big difference between what she says and what shows up on her reviews.  I realize that it's a business and the provider does everything possible to keep a good client but I would appreciate a provider that tells it like it is...I mean she must realize that you're going to see the reviews.  I don't mind the provider telling me they only do certain things with certain people that's their prerogative (pardon my spelling) but don't tell me you "never" do something only for that to show up on "every" review.  I know I'm being too picky but just had to let the providers know that we appreciate them as they are, they don't have to give us a line for us to keep coming back for more.
