I have no personal knowledge of them. I just provided the info I found in less than 5 minutes.

I searched with the agency number only and exclude bad sites=no and came up with about 10 different women with reviews. None looked very impressive and some had bad websites so it was impossible to tell if they were Soleil or not.

My observation is that the agency as a whole doesn't look too promising.

I haven't had any first hand knowledge though so if someone wants to venture on, good luck.
