That is really scary and GREAT advice.  I personally keep the two "lives" I have, very seperate and I'd only suggest others should as well.

Thanks for the great info! As the other user suggested, I'd be sure to let said-provider know all of the info you found about her.  Preface it with how non-stalker-esque you are and let her know all the info that people could find on her if she doesn't change the info.

In addition, perhaps you should suggest the link below.  I have it in place for my real name so that even if someone found out what it was, no one can find information on me even with how active I am in my "real" profession and community involvement.  Gents might want to give it a try as well.  It's a lifesaver.

I posted something similar a few months ago, but it has happened again, so I am posting again.

Ladies, do not use usernames that you use on legitimate sites.  I was just researching a girl I am interested and did a google search on her to see if I could find more reviews.

In doing so, I found a legit modeling resume with the same username, only it had her real name as well.  A quick search on that, and I was able to find Facebook, Twitter, Yelp and a whole bunch of other accounts.  I also found a news article about a business her parents own, and was able to use switchboard to find her home address.

Fortunately, I am not a psycho who could do damage to her real life, but you ladies need to be much more careful.
