As far as I know, there is no ANONYMOUS CC or pre-paid CC that works with TER.  From the US, it is an international payment so the movement of 'cash' from here to there is monitored for SEC, IRS, and other financial / drug dealing reasons.  
   
 Trust Cash is a great system that worked.  Contact TER and ask them to bring back a secure, anonymous option.  
   
 
Trust cash worked like a charm once you figured it out. Completely anonymous and easy. So bad that it is no longer an option
