But what the fuck is the etymology?  

hizzit - hit it? has it? his "it" ?  
skizzins - skin it?

Oh ... is this like pig latin? Everything has an extra "izz"?  

I was readizzing posizzits on TEizzR Bosizzton Boarizzd and ... my brain is starting to hurt.

hizzit the skizzins = hit the skins (not as in drums but as in my skin - her skin)?
