Is it me or do the Yankees look like they they are trying to send a message to the Red Sox by thrashing their Triple A ball players?  I have news for them, they aren't.  By the time next week rolls along and the playoffs begin everybody would have forgotten about the Yankees.  Get over yourself.  You won two world championships, maybe three with juiced up players like Chuck Knobloch, Roger Clemons, Andy Pettite and Jason Giambi.

You are basing this on what? A single lopsided game played by two teams that would probably rather have been someplace dry?  There's no reason to jump on the Yankees for showing up and playing the game they all get payed to play. Besides, LOL, whatever message they are trying to send is awfully hard to hear from 7.5 games back...
