I tried contacting them once about a year ago and never heard back and didn't bother trying again.

Does anybody know if they are not accepting new clients? I emailed and called them like two weeks ago and left a message with no response. Then I found out this weekend that the provider I have been wanting to see is visiting, so I sent another email to begin the verification process, no response as of yet (two days later) I call today and leave another message with contact info and no responses.

Is anybody else having this problem?

Have you used the agency before?  Possibly you're on their DNS list?

I have called at least 8 times trying to get approved and have never spoken to a person, only the answering machine.  Moreover, I have never received a call back after leaving detailed information.  Also tried through email with no luck.  I do not understand their service model.  Maybe they have enough clients and do not want to be bothered with new clients.  P.S., I am a member of a national verification service with 6 OKs from well-reviewed providers in the Boston area.

What is a DNS list? I don't see why I would be on it. I have several providers who can verify me. Anyway. It seems that I may not be alone in my efforts. What bothers me most about this situation is that if indeed they are not accepting new clients then they should state that on their website. it is absolutely ridiculous that they don't say that or return calls or emails.

Too bad I really wanted to get to know Nicole. Oh well...

I had the same issue at first but finally caught them...

I have never used them, but it amazing that a service would behave like this.  Having to contact them time and time again is nuts.  Just my $0.02, but I would not try to use them based on this information.

I had a problem with them before it took about 2 months to get me verified even with referals of well known agencies my theory is that if they cant get the refernce from the other agencies or providers they give up so I just keeped callimg them and leave a message but they always called back they just doing it the hard way since they dont accept p411,datecheck,roomservice2000 since I have all three

Sorry to hear that you are having a problem with BI.  I have been using the agency on a regular basis for several years and have never had an issue with them.  Personally, I would not bother with e-mail or voice mail.  Just keep calling until you speak with a live person.  

My experience has been that, after Mya has your number and is able to verify you, she will usually pick up when you call.  If she is on the line with another caller, she will see your number on caller ID and call you right back, whether or not you leave a message.

The agency has some great girls, and so it is worth persevering.

Thanks for the heads up. Yeah, they certainly do have some lovely looking ladies. I will be persistent. Perhaps Mya can hire someone to take calls and do verifications.
